Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Service Management (SM) processes including service contracts, service orders, and billing.
• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Work on integration with SD, MM, and FI modules to ensure smooth service operations.
• Support service notifications, warranties, and resource-related billing (RRB) processes.
• Handle testing, defect resolution, and documentation of functional specifications.
• Provide post-go-live support and user training as required.
• Coordinate with technical and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of SAP experience with at least 2+ years in S/4HANA Service Management.
• Strong understanding of Service Contracts, Service Orders, and Billing Processes.
• Experience in integration with SD, MM, and FI modules.
• Hands-on experience with Fiori apps and S/4HANA Service Management functionalities.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deliverables within tight timelines.
