Role & responsibilities : Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and managing SAP release cycles (development, QA, and production). Coordinate with functional and technical teams for transport management and deployment activities. Monitor SAP transport requests and ensure correct sequencing and dependencies. Support cutover planning, system freezes, and release calendars. Help identify release-related risks and escalate issues proactively. Maintain documentation related to release processes, plans, and checklists. Participate in change advisory board (CAB) meetings and follow up on action items. Track post-release issues and work with support teams for resolution. Ensure compliance with ITIL-based change and release processes. Preferred candidate profile : Basic knowledge of SAP systems (e.g., SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, or Basis concepts). Familiarity with SAP transport management (e.g., STMS, CTS). Understanding of change management and release lifecycle processes. Strong communication and coordination skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on documentation and process adherence. Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Solution Manager (advantageous).
