SAP Quality Management - Techno Functional Consultant

You will be responsible for facilitating the implementation and support of SAP Quality Management (QM) as per business requirements. This includes collaborating with core business and SAP IT teams, as well as SI partners, to implement the QM module according to project plans. You will act as a liaison between business functions and technical teams, integrating SAP QM with other SAP modules and external systems. Furthermore, you will develop and implement SAP QM strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance quality within the organization and ensure compliance. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and providing appropriate system solutions - Mapping business requirements, processes, and objectives, identifying gaps and developing necessary product modifications - Integrating SAP QM with other SAP modules and external systems - Troubleshooting software problems and handling changes or emergency transports as needed - Documenting functional designs, test cases, and results - Validating Functional Specification Documents and imparting understanding to the development team - Proactively identifying and proposing business process and system enhancements - Providing subject matter expert services on SAP QM module and other dependent modules - Participating actively in testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing - Conducting training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on SAP QM functionalities and best practices - Adhering to project tasks as per defined timelines - Tracking change management and assessing impact across modules Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field - Full-time education in BE/BTech/MBA/MCA - SAP Certification - 3-7 years of experience as an SAP QM Senior Consultant - Minimum 2 end-to-end implementations with at least one on S/4 HANA - Knowledge of Fiori Apps - In-depth knowledge of SAP QM Configuration, Master Data, Inspection Plan, MICs, Code groups, and Integration with other SAP Modules - Experience in business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and writing functional specifications - Ability to configure SAP solutions, conduct functional testing, and provide training support to end users - Understanding of other modules such as MM, PM, and PP with respect to Quality Management Additionally, you are expected to have effective communication skills, analytical skills, and be self-motivated in learning new concepts and sharing knowledge with team members. You should possess knowledge of QM, understanding of ABAP, knowledge of PI/PO for interfaces, and familiarity with BTP, RPA implementation, Fiori Apps, and Dashboards.,
