Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle SAP implementation and rollout projects with a focus on supply chain processes.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment of SAP solutions with business goals.
• Oversee cross-functional teams covering modules including SD, MM, WM, EWM, PP, APO, and optionally EHS, QM, PLM.
• Provide leadership during design, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live phases.
• Track and report project progress, risks, and issues to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and compliance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 8 years of SAP project management experience.
• Strong background managing SAP Supply Chain projects (S/4HANA or ECC).
• Hands-on understanding of modules like SD, MM, PP, LE, WM, EWM, APO.
• Familiarity with EHS, QM, or PLM modules is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP/Prince2 or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience working with remote/offshore teams.
