Job Description

SAP Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business needs.
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to timelines.

Team Leadership

Lead and motivate cross-functional teams including SAP consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.
Coordinate activities with internal departments and external vendors.

Stakeholder Management

Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Ensure project objectives align with business goals and user requirements.

Risk & Issue Management

Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
Address and resolve project-related issues in a timely manner.

SAP Implementation

Oversee the configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP solutions.
Ensure SAP systems are optimized for business processes and performance.

Post-Implementation Support

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting after go-live.
Ensure comprehensive documentation and user training is in place.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
PMP, PMI, or SAP certification preferred.
7+ years of experience managing SAP projects, including ECC and S/4HANA implementations.
Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP.
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, etc.

Skills Required:

Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Proven experience in financial and resource management.
Competence in risk assessment and mitigation planning.
Expertise in change management and stakeholder engagement.
