Job Title: SAP Project Manager

SAP Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end SAP project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Lead SAP implementation, rollout, migration, or support transition projects.
Coordinate with functional consultants, developers, business stakeholders, and external partners.
Prepare and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk registers.
Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution validation sessions.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
Facilitate UAT, training, and go-live readiness activities.
Manage change requests, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
Monitor project KPIs, create status reports, and present updates to leadership.
Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).

Required Skills & Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in
project management
.
Proven track record of delivering SAP projects (implementation, rollout, or upgrade).
Strong understanding of one or more SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, Basis).
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing vendors/partners.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Certification in
PMP / PRINCE2 / SAP Activate
is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in S/4HANA implementation or conversion projects.
Exposure to Agile project delivery methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
