About the Role

SAP Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
Manage SAP modules relevant to manufacturing:
PP, QM, MM, SD, FI/CO
, and integration points.
Coordinate with functional/technical teams, business stakeholders, and client managers.
Prepare project plans, track deliverables, monitor risk, and ensure on-time delivery.
Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, design discussions, and solution validation.
Manage UAT, deployment, cutover planning, and post-go-live support.
Ensure strict adherence to UltraTech project governance and documentation standards.
Handle vendor coordination, resource planning, and cross-functional communication.
Report weekly status, highlight risks, and drive issue resolution.

Required Skills & Experience

8 years of SAP project management experience.
Strong exposure to the manufacturing domain (Cable & Wire industry preferred).
Good understanding of SAP core modules (PP, MM, SD, QM, FI/CO).
Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations (mandatory).
Strong documentation skills: BRD, FSD, Test Scripts, Project Dashboard, Risk Register.
Hands-on experience with
Agile / SAP Activate Methodology
.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle on-ground project challenges.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have

Exposure to SAP BTP, Fiori, Interfaces, and Integration Layer.
PMP / Scrum Master / SAP Activate certification.
Experience managing vendor resources or distributed teams.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / related field.
MBA (preferred).
