SAP Project Coordinator

As an experienced candidate with 4-5 years of experience, you will be responsible for assisting the SAP Project Manager in day-to-day project coordination and administration. Your key responsibilities will include: - Tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met. - Preparing and maintaining project documentation such as status reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and project plans. - Coordinating with functional and technical SAP teams to ensure smooth communication and task follow-ups. - Monitoring risks, issues, and change requests, maintaining logs, and escalating when necessary. - Organizing and facilitating project meetings, workshops, and status updates. - Supporting testing phases (UAT, Integration, Regression) by coordinating schedules and resources. - Maintaining project repositories using tools like SharePoint, Jira, or other similar platforms. - Ensuring compliance with project governance and documentation standards. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field. - 4-5 years of experience in project coordination or PMO support, preferably in SAP/ERP projects. - Basic understanding of SAP modules and business processes (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.) will be advantageous. - Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.). - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities. Additionally, it is essential that you have SAP Project Coordination experience and proficiency in the Oriya language would be an added advantage.,
