SAP Procurement Functional Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking an energetic SAP Procurement Functional Consultant with experience in Direct & Indirect Procurement and exposure to SAP Ariba. The consultant will work onsite in Abu Dhabi for a 6-month project (extendable), supporting the Source-to-Pay (S2P/STP) domain. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, understanding procurement requirements, and delivering SAP-enabled procurement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on SAP Procurement modules covering Direct & Indirect procurement processes.
• Configure and support SAP MM / P2P processes such as requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, vendor management, and approval workflows.
• Support SAP Ariba integration (preferably sourcing, contracts, supplier collaboration, and procurement).
• Understand and optimize Source-to-Pay (STP) business processes for efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams (FI, SD, WM, SRM/Ariba) for seamless integration.
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments, reports, and interfaces.
• Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and assist in UAT with business teams.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SAP Procurement / MM / P2P functional consulting.
• Strong exposure to Direct and Indirect procurement cycles.
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Collaboration, Procurement) preferred.
• Familiarity with Source-to-Pay (STP) domain is a must.
• Good understanding of integration points with FI/CO, SD, and WM.
• Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and ability to work in multicultural onsite environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
