Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their SAP business processes, pain points, and automation requirements.
  • Conduct thorough business process analysis and observations to identify areas for improvement, as an integrator between business and technology.
  • Customize and configure process automation solutions to align with client-specific needs, including automation for processes like invoice processing, sales orders, GL updates, purchase requests, delivery notes, and requisitions.
  • Develop workflows to enable seamless participation of all process stakeholders, as well as to organize information and document flow of targeted processes for automation.
  • To participate in solution project delivery from end-to-end, which will also include project installation and configuration, testing, user training, documentation, support.
  • Our solutions can be delivered on shore or offshore, whereby you may then work with our offshore Delivery Centers to deliver the best solutions to our customers.
