Information Technology Grade Sr. Executive/ Deputy Manager Education BE / B-Tech / MBA/ MCA from a recognized University . Designation PP/QM Manager Location Bangalore Experience 2 to 4 Years Role Summary The SAP PP & QM Consultant/Core Team Member plays a crucial role in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of SAPs Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules within the organization. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams ( Process owners , functional consultants & ABAP developers ) to ensure that business processes related to production planning and quality management are aligned with SAP best practices and all the business requirements for PP 7 QM modules are fulfilled for the overall success of the companys operations. Strong understanding of SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules. Prior experience in SAP S4 HANA implementation / support projects within PP and QM modules. Proficiency in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and process design. Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and end-users. Problem-solving skills to identify issues, troubleshoot errors, and propose solutions. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knolwedge of S4 HANA MM Configuraton Moduele & Processes Role Responsibilities o Configuration of Production & Quality Management Modules o Preparation of Functional Specification on the Requirement Gather (Business Requirement Document & Functional Specifications) o Perform Unit & User Acceptance Testing (with scenarios) o Collaborate with project/Support teams to define and document business requirement. o Analyse current production planning and quality management processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation using SAP functionality. o Propose and implement enhancements to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and productivity within the PP & QM modules. o Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure proper understanding of concepts and effective utilization of SAP PP and QM modules. o Provide user support by troubleshooting issues, resolving errors, and guiding end users in the effective use of the system. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as manufacturing, Product, Marketing, Finance , Sales , Procurement, logistics, and quality control to ensure seamless integration of SAP PP and QM modules with other business processes. o Assist in integrating SAP PP and QM modules with other SAP modules or external systems as per business requirement. o Participate in the testing and validation of system changes, upgrades. enhancements/ customizations and new functionalities related to SAP PP and QM modules. o Work with Manufacturing & Quality teams to ensure that all changes meet business requirements and are thoroughly tested. o Participate in the configuration, customization, and integration of SAP PP and QM modules to meet business needs. o Ensured that all the master data for PP & QM modules are correctly uploaded, after verification by respective Process Owners / Functional Champions o Stay updated with industry trends and SAP updates related to production planning and quality management. o Identify opportunities for continuous improvement & implement those within the PP & QM modules . o Willing to work on MM configuration module and resolve L1 & L2 Tickets Reporting Relationships Reports To CIO Supervises None
