Senior and Lead Oracle Fusion HCM Consultants

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver

  end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations

  (US/UK).
• Configure and support

  Payroll, Core HR, Absence, Compensation, OTL, and Recruiting modules

  .
• Work on

  Payroll compliance

  and localization requirements specific to US and UK legislations.
• Develop, troubleshoot, and optimize

  Payroll processes, Fast Formulas, Calculation Cards, HDL, HSDL, OTBI/BI Publisher reports, and HCM Extracts

  .
• Manage

  Quarterly Oracle Releases

  impact analysis, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and provide best-practice solutions.
• Provide

  techno-functional support

  for production issues and ensure resolution within SLAs.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide leadership in project delivery.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–14 years of IT experience with at least

  6+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.

• Hands-on expertise in

  Payroll implementations (US and/or UK legislations mandatory)

  .
• Strong exposure to

  Core HR, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, OTL, and Integrations

  .
• Proficiency in

  Fast Formulas, HDL/HSDL, OTBI/BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts

  .
• Experience in

  implementation lifecycle (CRP, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, Support)

  .
• Ability to handle

  production support

  and manage high-severity Payroll issues.
• Excellent client-facing skills, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Oracle Payroll Cloud certification preferred.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in working with

  multi-country Payroll implementations.

• Prior consulting experience with

  global firms (Big 4 / Oracle partners)

  .
• Knowledge of

  integration with 3rd party Payroll systems (ADP, Ceridian, etc.)

  .
