The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP PPDS, strong familiarity with CIF (Core Interface) integration. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in SAP S/4HANA environments and a solid understanding of manufacturing and supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities: Detailed hands-on / Customizing knowledge of SAP PPDS preferably in S/4 Hana. Experience in Block planning, Setup matrix, Campaign planning, MRP areas, External procurement relationships, Planning heuristics, DS heuristics & Optimizer. Configure, implement, and support SAP PP/DS solutions, including Heuristics, Optimization, and Detailed Scheduling strategies. Knowledge and experience of master data distribution of Work centers / Resources, Production versions/PDS, Capacities, Time-streams, CIF-ing between ECC and APO. Knowledge of working with Process orders/Planned orders, Material Master, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Version. Specifically, MRP, Configurations like Planning board, DS board, Different profiles, PPDS Subcontracting process, Alerts configuration monitoring. Analyze and optimize planning processes (MTS, MTO), production planning strategies, and scheduling parameters. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PPDS configuration with business requirements. Assist with or support activities related to SAP Demand Planning (DP) as needed. Conduct workshops, system testing, user training, and provide post-implementation support during Hypercare. Develop functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for custom developments and enhancements. Required Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP PPDS, including configuration, integration, and support. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Embedded PPDS, APO PPDS. Strong working knowledge of CIF (Core Interface) and its role in master data and transaction data transfer. Basic understanding or exposure to SAP Demand Planning (DP) processes & BW. Solid understanding of manufacturing execution, capacity planning, MRP, and supply chain processes. Proven ability to troubleshoot issues across integrated systems and provide efficient resolutions. Preferred Skills: Experience in Process Manufacturing environments. Familiarity with PP/DS on S/4HANA embedded systems. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Preferred S/4HANA Certification Sufficient ABAP, Fiori, Technical know-how to co-ordinate better with technical teams.
