Skills & ExperienceRequired4 years bachelor's degree or MBA or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of educationAt least 6 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 or at least 2 implementations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.At least 7-8 years of experience in business analysis or functional consulting in Finance Processes including GermanBank and Tax regularisationsExperience in at least 5 of the following modules. Chart of Account, AP, AR, FA, GL, Cash and bank modules , Tax, Budgeting, Cost Accounting.Strong proficiency across areas of industry knowledge and best practices.Ability to understand and use advance analysis methods to identify and resolve complex client scenariosHigh impact Communication skillsBusiness AcumenCustomer OrientationPlanning and Co-ordination skills
Preferred
Knowledge of Proposal building methodsMicrosoft Dynamics FO/AX certifications preferredAt least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external integrations, documentation, and mapping current business processesExperience and desire to work in a consulting environment that requires regular travelThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
