SAP PP Trainer

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP Trainer to deliver high-quality training on SAP Production Planning modules to learners ranging from beginners to professionals. The trainer will be responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating training sessions, ensuring learners gain practical and project-based understanding of SAP PP processes. Key Responsibilities: Deliver interactive and practical training sessions on SAP PP (Production Planning) concepts and processes. Cover essential topics including Master Data (Material, BOM, Work Center, Routing), Demand Management, MRP, Capacity Planning, Production Orders, and Integration with MM & SD. Design and develop course materials, case studies, and assessments. Guide learners through hands-on exercises and real-time project simulations. Evaluate learners’ progress and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated on the latest SAP versions and industry best practices. Support in curriculum design and content updates as per SAP S/4HANA developments. Collaborate with other SAP trainers to ensure integrated learning outcomes across modules. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in SAP PP module implementation, support, or training. Strong understanding of end-to-end production planning processes within SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain complex concepts in a simplified and structured way. Experience in corporate or academic training preferred. SAP PP certification is an added advantage.
