Job Title: SAP PP / QM Consultant Experience: 8 to 10 Years (Minimum 8 Years in SAP PP is Mandatory) Location: Pan India (Remote/Onsite as per project requirement) Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred / Max 15 Days Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage SAP PP implementations and enhancements. Configure SAP PP modules including Discrete, Repetitive, and Process Manufacturing . Design and optimize production planning processes such as MRP, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, Demand Management, BOM, Routing, and Work Centers . Support SAP QM functionalities including Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, and Quality Notifications . Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, and provide end-user training. Handle production issues, incident management, and change requests effectively. Create functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments. Required Skills: Minimum 8 years of strong hands-on experience in SAP PP (Mandatory). Exposure to SAP QM module (at least 2–3 years). Deep understanding of PP–QM–MM–SD integration points . Experience in SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage. Ability to independently handle client discussions and deliver workshops. Strong problem-solving skills and experience in ticket resolution (L2/L3).
