Job Description

Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Portfolio and Project Manager to lead our SAP initiatives in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex SAP projects, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and deliver value to the organization.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the SAP project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring expectations are managed effectively.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Lead project meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide updates.

Skills and Qualifications

10-12 years of experience in SAP project management or related fields.
Strong understanding of SAP modules and functionalities.
Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, SAP certifications) are preferred.
