✅ Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years

  of hands-on experience in

  SAP PM configuration & implementation

• Proven experience in

  pharma manufacturing or maintenance environments

• In-depth knowledge of

  GMP, GxP

  , and other pharma compliance standards
• Expertise in integrating

  PM with MM, QM, and EHS modules

• Strong

  analytical, documentation, and problem-solving

  skills

🌟 Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience supporting

  validation and audit processes

• Knowledge of the

  SAP S/4HANA

  environment
• Excellent

  user training and stakeholder management

  skills

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP PM to optimize maintenance operations
• Develop and manage

  preventive and corrective maintenance plans

• Ensure compliance with

  pharma regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for

  system integration and process improvement

• Provide

  end-user training

  and post-implementation support
