We are seeking an experienced SAP PI (Process Integration) AMS Lead to manage and oversee the Application Management Services (AMS) for SAP PI/PO (Process Orchestration) environments. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of SAP PI/PO systems, as well as leading a team of SAP PI/PO support consultants. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in SAP integration, hands-on experience with SAP PI/PO.
Oversee SAP PI/PO system monitoring and ensure availability, performance, and reliability.
Develop regular status reports on system performance, incident resolutions, and support activities. Collaborate with other SAP teams (e.g., Basis, ABAP, and Functional Teams) to ensure integrated solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact between business units, SAP functional teams, and external vendors.
Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, performance, and KPIs. Work with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth integration and system workflows.
Lead and manage a team of SAP PI/PO support talents. Coordinate and prioritize tasks to ensure effective delivery of AMS services. Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to junior team members. Ensure adherence to best practices, internal standards, and process compliance.
