Job Description

Lead and deliver
SAP PEO implementations
, upgrades, or rollouts.
Work closely with business stakeholders to
analyze requirements
and design scalable PEO solutions.
Configure and integrate SAP PEO with
PP (Production Planning), QM (Quality Management), PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), and MES systems
.
Support
digital manufacturing processes
, including shop floor integration and work instructions.
Drive
process improvements
through PEO capabilities like engineering change management, production execution, and version management.
Develop
functional specifications
for custom enhancements, reports, and interfaces.
Conduct
testing (unit, integration, UAT)
and support
cutover and go-live
activities.
Provide
post-implementation support
and user training.
Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP, Basis, Integration) for end-to-end solution delivery.
