SAP Open Text VIM

As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for providing L3-level support for OpenText VIM integrated with SAP FICO. Your key responsibilities will include: - Troubleshooting and resolving complex VIM workflow, OCR, and document processing issues. - Working closely with SAP FICO, AP, and Procurement teams to support end-to-end invoice processing. - Analyzing and resolving integration issues between OpenText VIM and SAP. - Collaborating with functional and technical teams to optimize performance and process automation. - Leading incident management, root cause analysis, and proactive system monitoring. - Assisting in enhancements, configurations, and custom developments related to OpenText VIM. - Developing and maintaining technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles. - Providing training and mentorship to L1 and L2 support teams. - Ensuring compliance with ITSM and change management processes. Qualifications required for this role include: - Certification in OpenText VIM or SAP FICO. - Experience with S/4HANA VIM migration and implementation.
