SAP MMWMSD Configuration & process knowledge. Preferably 1 end to end implementation of SAP MMWM Knowledge of Duties & Taxation in business & SAP Min 4 years of SAP MMWM support experience preferably in retaillogistics company with preferably min 3 years of domain experience Sound knowledge of business process & best practices around material handling purchaseprocurement warehouse fleet & route management. Knowledge of SDLC ISOCMM ITIL software testing certificationsknowledge vendor & resource management project management shall be an added advantage Should be ready to work in a non IT end user retail company like ours Handledlead team of min 4-6 members Hands on SAP processes for min 4 years Strength in understanding of business processesfunctionalities around material handling purchase procurement replenishment strategiesassortment & planning warehouse management fleet management route management retail logistics Indian indirect dutiestaxes. Ability to plan coordinate and direct the work of cross-department teams engaged in various professional technical and support functions and to do requirement study with function. Quick at understanding the business issues pain points and challenges of org. Knowledgeable on implementation + project + support related processes issue tracking & management Effective resource & time management Knowledge of Best practices in function Reviews and edits requirements specifications business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution. Leads testing efforts. Ensures issues are identified tracked reported on and resolved in a timely manner during testing. Knowledge of testing and quality Performance analysis Root cause analysis Good communication presentation Skills Knowledge of SDLC ISOCMM ITIL software testing certificationsknowledge project management vendor & resource management. Adept in multitasking Resource management Skills Should possess Good Technical Understanding and preferably Retail background understanding of warehouselogistics c&f is an added plus. PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES Manages user expectations effectively. Proactively seeks opportunities to serve in leadership roles. Believes in Teamwork and facilitates effective team interaction. Able to lead team and is a self-starter and is able to drive projects Develops relationships with user departments that foster ties. Understands the human side of the change management process.
