SAP MM Lead

Role Overview: As a SAP MM Lead at our client, a leading Manufacturing conglomerate in India, located in Chennai (work from office), you will be responsible for providing specialist-level functional and configuration knowledge in designing SAP solutions in the MM module of ECC 6 and SAP S/4 HANA. Your primary role will involve configuring SAP MM with a focus on Purchase requisitions, Purchase orders, Inventory Management, Materials Requirement planning, SAP warehouse management system, and GST. You will also be expected to participate in release upgrades or new functionality/enhancement assessments and make recommendations based on your expertise. Key Responsibilities: - Possess 14 to 18 years of SAP MM configuration experience with four End-to-End Implementations - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of SAP business processes with cross-functional integration knowledge - Configuration knowledge on Purchase requisitions, Purchase orders, Inventory Management, Materials Requirement planning, SAP warehouse management system, and GST - Provide specialized functional and configuration knowledge for designing SAP solutions in the MM module of ECC 6 and SAP S/4 HANA - Participate in release upgrades or new functionality/enhancement assessments and provide recommendations Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 14-18 years of experience in SAP MM configuration - Experience preferably from a large Manufacturing or IT setup would be preferred Additional Details: You should possess the following soft skills and requirements: - Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment - Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills - Strong supervisory, coaching, and project management skills - Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills - Excellent negotiation, influence, mediation, and conflict management skills; ownership,
