SAP MM Lead

Role Overview: You will support the BE Lead in implementing, monitoring, and documenting the status of various improvement initiatives within the BU/sub unit. Your responsibilities will include defining the annual plan for the Business Excellence function, executing studies to identify improvement opportunities, documenting all excellence activities, planning and implementing process audits, and following Sterlite's values while practicing continual improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Engineer with 2-6 years of experience and understanding of Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S - Support in defining the annual plan for Business Excellence function - Execute studies across planning/delivery team to identify improvement opportunities - Responsible for documenting all excellence activities - Plan and implement on-ground process audits - Follow Sterlite's values and practice continual improvement Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a full cycle implementation and support projects - Minimum of 5 years designing and configuring MM modules - Knowledge and experience of Ariba and SAP MM interfaces - Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously - Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective - Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others Additional Details about the Company: Sterlite (STL) is a leading global optical and digital solutions company that provides advanced offerings to build 5G, Rural, FTTx, Enterprise, and Data Centre networks.
