Job Title : Lead Business Integration Analyst (SAP MM)

Educational Qualifications:

Any Bachelor's/master s degree with 4+ years of experience in SAP Materials Management, P2P (Procure to Pay). Should have experience on SAP Support and implementation projects. Also willing to work in US Shift/Night Shift.

Role and Responsibilities

The selected candidate will work alongside of a team of extensive business process and aerospace experienced resources. The candidate will use industry standards and best practices to help our customers solve complex business issues with world class solutions.

Build relationships the business, assist in helping to identify and resolve technical challenges preventing our customers from consistently delivering product on-time or ahead of schedule.
Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
Assist in the management and delivering of large / mid / small size projects
Train, coach, and assist with internal and external resources
Maintain technical knowledge both national and internationally as it pertains to the aerospace industry standards

Expertise-

The candidate must have hands-on SAP implementation experience in multiple projects with strong knowledge in design, architecting solutions in SAP Materials Management

Procurement Process -Consignment / Subcontracting / Third Party/Service Procurement, procurement with Scheduling Agreement/Contracts.
Stock Transfer Process- Intercompany/Intracompany Process
Pricing Procedure & Release Procedure for PO.
Quota Management & Vendor Evaluation
Automatic Account Determination Process
MM/PP/FI/SD Integration
MRP Concept
Expertise in requirements gathering, writing SAP requirements, process modeling, and data mapping.
Strong ability to present ideas and information in group settings. Has the ability to persuade, negotiate, and facilitate conflict resolution.
Demonstrated experience successfully defining and documenting projects that drive positive results.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills that non-technical end users can understand.
Must have participated in at least two SAP full life cycle implementations.
Experience/knowledge with SRM is a plus.
