Role Overview: As a Solution Provider at Wipro Limited, your role is to bridge the gap between technology and business know-how in order to deliver client solutions effectively. You will be responsible for driving new business implementation projects, providing techno-functional support, and ensuring the integration, configuration, and deployment of solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Bridging the gap between project and support teams through techno-functional expertise - Drive end-to-end processes for new business implementation projects - Check feasibility of change requirements and provide optimal solutions with clear timelines - Provide techno-functional support for new business implementations - Support solutioning team from architectural design to implementation - Customize, extend, modify, localize, or integrate existing products - Implement business processes and requirements on ERP system - Write code as per developmental standards - Provide product support and maintenance for ERP solutions - Create and deploy automation tools/solutions for process optimization - Provide solutioning/advice based on technical and functional project requirements - Support on-site manager with necessary details for changes and off-site support - Skill upgradation and competency building - Clear Wipro exams and internal certifications to upgrade skills - Attend trainings and seminars to enhance knowledge - Write papers, articles, case studies, and publish them on the intranet Qualification Required: - Clear understanding of techno-functional expertise - Proficiency in architectural design, coding, testing, and implementation - Experience in customizing, extending, and integrating products - Strong knowledge of ERP systems and business processes - Ability to provide product support and maintenance - Skills in automation tools and solutions for process optimization - Effective communication and collaboration with internal and external teams - Commitment to skill upgradation through certifications and continuous learning Join Wipro to be a part of an innovative and purpose-driven organization that values reinvention and continuous evolution.
