Role Purpose: The main objective of this role is to provide solutions that bridge the gap between technology and business expertise to effectively deliver client solutions. Responsibilities: - Act as a bridge between project and support teams by leveraging techno-functional expertise - Lead end-to-end processes for new business implementation projects, from requirement management to integration, configuration, and production deployment - Assess the feasibility of new change requirements and offer optimal solutions to clients within specified timelines - Provide techno-functional support for new business implementations, including system building from scratch - Collaborate with the solutioning team on architectural design, coding, testing, and implementation - Understand and implement both functional and technical designs and architectures on ERP systems - Customize, extend, modify, localize, or integrate existing products through coding, testing, and production - Translate business processes, requirements, and underlying ERP technology into ERP solutions - Write code following developmental standards to determine implementation methodology - Provide product support and maintenance for specific ERP solutions, addressing client queries and technical issues - Develop and deploy automation tools/solutions to optimize processes and enhance efficiency - Act as a liaison between technical and functional project requirements, providing solutions and advice to clients or internal teams - Assist on-site managers with necessary details regarding any changes and provide off-site support Skill Development and Competency Building: - Clear Wipro exams and internal certifications periodically to enhance skills - Attend trainings and seminars to enhance knowledge in functional/technical domains - Write papers, articles, case studies, and publish them on the intranet Performance Parameters: - Contribution to customer projects: Quality, SLA adherence, ETA, number of tickets resolved, problems solved, change requests implemented, zero customer escalations, CSAT - Automation: Process optimization, reduction in steps/tickets raised - Skill upgradation: Number of completed trainings/certifications, papers/articles written quarterly Wipro encourages individuals to reinvent themselves and be part of a modern, end-to-end digital transformation journey.
