Hi, We are having an opening for Senior Manager, Business Analyst-SAP Manufacturing for our IT team at our Mumbai location Job Summary : The SAP Manufacturing BA will be responsible for ensuring that IT initiatives within the domain of Manufacturing align with the organizations global business objectives. This role involves collaboration between IT and business units and to drive innovation across various regions and functions within Manufacturing and allied areas like QM, WM etc. The role holder will ensure effective bridging between IT and Business, ensuring that all the business requirements are properly captured, documented and translated for effective solution execution. The role would involve appropriate PMO activities for ensuring smooth delivery of tech solution for desired business impact Areas Of Responsibility : Strategic Business Alignment: In this role, you will lead comprehensive efforts to align IT strategies with business objectives, wrt manufacturing domain. You will work closely with senior leadership to identify and prioritize IT initiatives that support business goals, ensuring that IT investments are aligned with the organization's strategic priorities. You will form the bridge between IT and business and be responsible for translating the business requirements into executable IT solutions. Simultaneously ensuring PMO and delivery excellence for entire SAP Manufacturing, QM and WM domain will be built into your KRA. Business Partnership: You will collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document the requirements. After that you need to liaison with the IT and Platform SMEs to brainstorms and arrive at the solution approach. Post that execution needs to be scheduled and delivered. You need to play an active role in testing. The primary KRA for this position is to ensure that the business requirements are delivered on time and as per expectations. Project Governance and Budget Ownership: You will work to define and scope IT initiatives in manufacturing domain and ensure quality delivery on time and within approved costs and efforts. Overseeing the development of strategic IT roadmaps and managing budgets for large-scale projects will be a critical part of your responsibilities. You will work closely with project managers and ITBPs to develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Educational Qualification : Bachelor in IT or Master of Business Administration (preferred) Skills : Business Analysis, Project Management, Business partnership, relationship management, strategic alignment Experience : 6-8+ years in IT Business Analysis or ITBP

Your Impact As a Master Data Steward for Customer Commercial domain (oversees Master data management, data quality rules, and governance etc.) and responsible for global master data practices, you will be responsible for represent business information and data by aligning with integrating strategic vision and roadmap for Customer Commercial, you will assure and drive in the process domain of Customer Commercial Role & responsibilities Streamline SAP Master Data management and practices across business units : Bekaert has diverse portfolio in steel wire segment and is spread across multiple geographies . Each business unit has its own complexities and data management rules as per business practices. Its vital to understand the operational complexities and business requirements in Customer Commercial domain and suggest optimal master data structure for this domain. As Global master data steward you will be responsible for - Help Master data transformation from data legacy tool to SAP MDG. Enable effective SAP master data and governance Lead and support master data projects Strengthen Master Data support for all business units Essential skills & competencies Strong knowledge of SAP master data modules and functionality, experience of processes in functional areas like SAP SD/MM. Proven experience of working in Master Data Management and Governance function, with ha nds on working on MDM tool (SAP ECC, S/4, SAP MDG) setting up master data policies, defining rules and Data quality framework. Expertise in working on mass scale data creation/ update in SAP, working on data migration and data clean-up drives. Experience in working with geographically distributed team, acting as data steward protecting data assets and interest of the organization in validating and governing the master data practices and processes. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to assess rapidly changing technologies and apply them to business needs. Preferred candidate profile Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in information system or a related field , with experience in the Customer Commercial domain, including demonstrated affinity for master data, data governance and drive for digital and automation in data initiatives. 6+ years of overall experience with 3+ years progressive work experience in a similar role related to the Master Data steward in manufacturing industry. Experience of working with globally distributed teams and partners. Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills. Experience in leading globally dispersed teams. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Demonstrated adaptability and continuous learning mindset. Ability to align technical solutions with broader business objectives.
