SAP PP Lead

As a Lead-SAP Production Planning at Percipere, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and optimizing end-to-end SAP Manufacturing Processes for our enterprise customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading large scale transformation projects in the Manufacturing Workstream, leveraging your experience in PP object data migration in S/4 HANA. - Conducting systematic client workshops to drive Key Design Decisions with industry best practice recommendations. - Leading the engagement efforts from problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment in large S/4 HANA transformation programs as a Solution Architect. - Creating detailed design, architecture, and process artifacts, implementing the solution, and deployment plan. - Connecting with senior client business and IT stakeholders, demonstrating thought leadership in domain, process, and technology. - Developing and nurturing strong client relationships to become trusted strategic advisors. - Driving RFx related activities and sales pitch when needed. - Contributing to Unit and Organizational initiatives and COEs. Qualifications required for this role: - 8+ years of SAP Manufacturing and domain experience. - Business Process Knowledge in various topics such as Manufacturing Master Data, Production Planning, Demand Management, Sales & Operations Planning, Material Requirements Planning, etc. - Integration Knowledge with Manufacturing Execution Systems, Other Planning Tools, and other SAP modules. - Experience in at least three end-to-end implementation projects in S/4HANA. - Good Knowledge in Logistics BPML, GXP, and SOX requirements. - Experience in driving Business process workshops, Fit/Gap analysis, and post go-live activities. - Awareness of release governance processes and incident management tools. In addition to the above responsibilities, as a senior Functional Architect for SAP Programs, you are also expected to: - Anchor the engagement effort for assignments from business process consulting to solution design and deployment for S/4HANA Production Planning. - Lead business transformation programs to help clients mitigate Digitization related challenges. - Guide teams on project processes, deliverables, and anchor business pursuit initiatives. - Shape consulting solutions that enable clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. - Have basic knowledge in SAP PPDS, SAP IBP, SAP Quality Management, SAP aATP, Deal Pricing & Transformation Deal Estimations, and technical know-how in ABAP, Fiori. - Work in a Global delivery model will be an added advantage.
