SAP PP Architect/SME

Role Overview: As a Solution Architect-SAP Production Planning at Percipere, you will be pivotal in designing, constructing, and enhancing end-to-end SAP manufacturing processes for clients" enterprises. Your role involves leading large-scale transformation projects, facilitating client workshops to drive design decisions, and engaging in all stages of solution development and deployment within S/4 HANA transformation programs. Additionally, you will establish and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to various organizational initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead transformation projects in the manufacturing workstream, focusing on PP object data migration in S/4 HANA. - Conduct client workshops to drive design decisions and provide industry best practice recommendations. - Engage in all stages of solution design, development, and deployment within large S/4 HANA transformation programs. - Create detailed designs, architectures, and process artifacts and implement deployment plans. - Collaborate with senior client stakeholders, showcasing expertise in domain, process, and technology. - Develop and nurture client relationships, serving as a trusted strategic advisor. - Drive RFx activities and sales pitches as necessary. - Contribute to unit and organizational initiatives and Centers of Excellence. Qualifications Required: - Possess 10+ years of SAP manufacturing and domain experience. - Demonstrate business process knowledge in various manufacturing-related topics. - Have integration knowledge with manufacturing execution systems and other planning tools. - Experience in at least three end-to-end implementation projects in S/4HANA. - Good understanding of logistics BPML, GXP, and SOX requirements. - Proficient in leading business process workshops, Fit/Gap analysis, and post go-live activities. - Familiarity with release governance processes and incident management tools.
