Job Tittle - SAP Lead Location - Remote Experience - 7-10 Years Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic SAP Lead to drive the successful implementation, optimization, and support of SAP solutions across our organization. The ideal candidate will provide leadership to SAP project teams, ensure alignment with business objectives, and act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Expertise on implementation with ASAP methodology. Introduction with the respective core team members, business process owners and the client management. Analyzing the current SAP system and understanding the pre-configured logics. Understanding the current business process and its scenarios in order to collect the AS-IS documentation. Analyzing the existing process scenarios and preparation of proposed new business blueprints. Conducting the initial level of training if it is the part of project scope. Participation the workshops and briefing about the business scenarios those can be mapped in SAP system to the respective core team members and business process owners. Finalizing and signing off the BPD documents with the CTMs and respective BPOs. Proposing the enterprise structure elements, key data structure which helps to describe the outline of business scope.
