Salesforce Developer

As a Salesforce Developer with 2-3 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions within the Salesforce platform. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, implementing best practices to ensure scalable code, participating in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities, as well as assisting in the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems. You should have hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), and working with one or more Salesforce Clouds. Familiarity with Salesforce administration, configuration, and declarative tools such as Flows and Process Builder is essential. Understanding Salesforce Data Models and Security Models, along with knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration techniques, are also required. Preferred qualifications for this role include Salesforce Certifications like Platform Developer I/II, a basic understanding of agile development methodology, and strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Exposure to DevOps tools and deployment automation in Salesforce, as well as experience working with third-party Salesforce applications or AppExchange tools, would be considered a plus. This full-time position is remote, and freshers should not apply.
