SAP Jr. Project Manager

As an experienced SAP professional with 5-8 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day SAP AMS support operations for SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, and integrated systems. Your key responsibilities will include: - Tracking and monitoring incident, service request, problem, and change management tickets with vendors. - Coordinating monthly reporting and billing validation. - Ensuring adherence to SLA and quality standards defined with AMS partners. - Conducting regular AMS review meetings with internal users and vendors to assess performance and address recurring issues. - Driving continuous improvement in SAP system performance, user experience, and process optimization. - Managing transition activities between projects and steady-state AMS operations. - Supporting planning and execution of SAP S/4 HANA implementation, enhancement, or rollout projects. - Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover activities, and go-live readiness. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - 5-8 years of total IT experience, with at least 2-3 years in SAP project and AMS coordination/management. - Strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA functional areas, preferably FI, MM, SD, or PP. - Prior experience working in an internal IT setup managing external SAP vendors or AMS partners. - Working knowledge of ITSM tools. - Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Excel trackers, etc. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
