Job Description

As a Functional Lead with 11 to 14 years of experience in SAP-FICA-Utilities, you will play a crucial role in leading the implementation and support of SAP-FICA-Utilities modules. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the configuration and customization of SAP-FICA-Utilities to meet business requirements. - Providing expert guidance on best practices for SAP-FICA-Utilities processes. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of SAP-FICA-Utilities with other systems. - Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications. - Developing and executing test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of SAP-FICA-Utilities solutions. - Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP-FICA-Utilities in a timely manner. - Conducting training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of SAP-FICA-Utilities. - Monitoring system performance and implementing improvements to optimize efficiency. - Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations in all SAP-FICA-Utilities processes. - Providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress and system performance. - Supporting the development and maintenance of documentation related to SAP-FICA-Utilities processes and configurations. - Staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in SAP-FICA-Utilities to continuously improve the system. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum of 11 years of experience in SAP-FICA-Utilities. - Expertise in configuring and customizing SAP-FICA-Utilities modules. - Good understanding of tax processing and garnishment editing. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Proficiency in developing and executing test plans. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations. - Experience in conducting training sessions for end-users. - Ability to monitor and optimize system performance. - Capability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Strong documentation and reporting skills. - Commitment to continuous learning and improvement. - Effective in working in a hybrid work model.
