Role Overview: An Integration Consultant (CON) is responsible for managing the end-to-end development of SAP CPI and SAP PI/PO interfaces implementation. The ideal candidate should possess good design knowledge and be proactive in researching new solutions based on the requirements. The role requires strong expertise in design, development, and integration experience of multiple end-to-end implementation requirements in SAP CPI and SAP PI/PO. Key Responsibilities: - Configuration experience in various standard Adapters such as ODATA, IDOC, HTTP, SFTP, File, SOAP, RFC, etc. - Implementation experience on various interface scenarios like XML to IDOC, File to Proxy, File to IDOC, and vice versa in SAP CPI or SAP PI/PO. - Hands-on experience in scripting languages like Groovy or JavaScript and XSLT mapping. - Knowledge of full lifecycles of SAP CPI and PI/PO implementation, including client interaction, interface design, development, troubleshooting, Go-live activities, and post Go-live maintenance. - Experience in creating System Landscape (Technical System and Business systems), ESR (Message mapping, Interface mapping), Integration Directory (Routing channels, ICOs, routing mechanism). - Good understanding of SAP BTP, cloud connector configuration. - Experience in API Management and knowledge of open connectors. - Always adhere to best development practices during implementation. - Provide support to other developers in their integration work. - Proficient in providing technical insight. - Knowledge of basic testing tools such as SOAP UI, POSTMAN, WinSCP, etc. - Strong verbal communication skills and ability to establish a rapport with clients and colleagues. - Strong organizational and analytical skills. - Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and with a team. - Willingness to be flexible, stretch, and learn new technologies/processes whenever necessary. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Relevant certifications in SAP CPI, SAP PI/PO, or related technologies is a plus. - Minimum of X years of experience in SAP CPI and SAP PI/PO development and integration. - Strong understanding of integration concepts and methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Proven track record of successful project implementations.
