SAP Infrastructure Sr. Engineer (Basis)

As an experienced professional in SAP Upgrades and Migrations, you will be responsible for engaging in various upgrade/migration projects globally across all sectors including AMESA, APAC, NA, Europe, and LATAM, as well as support the PGT program. Your role will involve hands-on technical implementation of SAP Cloud Apps/BTP projects. You will collaborate with key contacts of vendors and competencies globally to ensure successful delivery of upgrades/migrations. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver high-quality technical solutions and services for all SAP solutions across different sectors and regions - Manage multiple complex technical deliveries/projects across SAP application landscapes and partner with other IT organizations to plan and deliver comprehensive environments for each project - Lead the team's work with customers and IT partners to identify and resolve issues within defined SLAs - Provide outstanding customer service to direct and indirect customers - Work with other Upgrade leads/Global leads to ensure adherence to global standards and receive guidance for standards and direction Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or Equivalent - 8+ years of hands-on System Admin experience in SAP - 2+ years of experience in managing teams or managing global teams - Preferred experience in S/4 HANA, PO, TPM, EP, CARAB, Fiori, SAP ABAP and Java stacks, Migrations, S/4 Conversion, Upgrades, and Azure Cloud - Ability to work as a Lead or an Individual Contributor with expertise in Hands-on Upgrades/Migrations - Strong knowledge of Databases, various operating systems, Infrastructure including Datacenter operations, and Network - Expertise in Migrations, Upgrades, HA/DR setup, and integration points between business processes - Demonstrated effective communication skills with all levels of the organization - Flexibility to work varying hours based on business requirements - Proficiency in SAP upgrades, SAP Solution Manager, SAP ChaRM, ITIL tools & processes, MS Office products, project implementation, and production support experience (Note: The additional details of the company were not present in the provided job description),
