Job Description

SAP IMRO (Intelligent Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of SAP IMRO solutions within the SAP EAM/PM ecosystem.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into functional specifications.
Integrate IMRO functionalities with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, SD, and FI/CO.
Support solution architecture development and provide best-practice recommendations for maintenance and repair operations.
Conduct workshops, user training, testing, and documentation for project delivery and go-live support.
Resolve complex functional issues and ensure seamless system performance post-implementation.

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum 12 years of overall SAP experience, with 68 years specifically in SAP IMRO (aviation, defence, or asset management industry preferred).
Strong understanding of maintenance processes, planning, and engineering asset tracking.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and knowledge of IMRO add-on functionalities.
Proven track record in at least two full-cycle implementations.
Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
