Role & responsibilities

Core Technical Skills

O9 Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the O9 Digital Brain platform, including configuration, customization, integration, and various modules like Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and S&OP.

Data Integration & ETL: Proficiency in architecting and deploying data engineering workflows, designing ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load), and ensuring data quality and governance.

Database Management & Query Languages: Strong knowledge of database systems (SQL Server, MySQL, NoSQL) and proficiency in query languages such as SQL, T-SQL, or MDX for data analysis and performance tuning.

Programming & Analytical Languages: Desirable skills in languages like Python, R, Java, or C# for advanced analytics, statistical modeling, optimization, simulation, and building custom solutions.

Technical Architecture: Ability to convert business logic to a technical platform design, including understanding infrastructure, system scalability, and security measures.

Core Functional & Domain Skills

Supply Chain Management (SCM) Expertise: Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning concepts, processes, operational workflows, and industry best practices.

Business Process Analysis: Experience in conducting workshops, gathering business requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, and translating client needs into technical specifications and solution designs.

Data Analysis & Modeling: Strong analytical skills to process large datasets, create data models, analyze data to derive insights, and use mathematical/statistical techniques to optimize supply chains.

Value Proposition & Business Acumen: The ability to understand how the O9 solution brings value to a client's operations and effectively articulate that value proposition to stakeholders.
