Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead
end-to-end SAP HCM implementations
, rollouts, and AMS support
Configure and support core HCM modules including
PA (Personnel Administration), OM (Organizational Management), Time Management, and Payroll
Manage
employee lifecycle processes
: hiring, transfers, promotions, separations
Handle
payroll configuration
, statutory requirements, and payroll control records
Work on
Time Management
(work schedules, leave, attendance, overtime)
Integrate SAP HCM with
FI, SuccessFactors, third-party payroll, and external systems
Support
ECC to S/4HANA migration
and HCM transformation initiatives
Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions
Support
UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-production support
Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and end-user documentation
Lead client discussions and mentor junior consultants

Required Skills & Experience

12+ years of SAP HCM experience
with strong hands-on functional expertise
Deep knowledge of
PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll
Experience handling
Indian payroll and statutory compliance
(or relevant country payroll)
Hands-on experience with
SAP ECC HCM
(S/4HANA / SF integration preferred)
Strong experience in
configuration, testing, and production support
Knowledge of
HCM integrations and interfaces
Client-facing and stakeholder management experience
