Job Description

Support clients in the selection,implementation, and support of specific SAP modules. This role uses consultingskills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to effectively integrateSAP technology into the clients business environment to achieve the clientsexpected business results.

SAP Skills:

Shouldhave at least 8+ years\u2019 experience in SAP End-to-end implementation, roll-out,production support, enhancement, and upgrade projects

Should haveexperience in HANA studio to build HANA views

Should havegood experience in AMDP & CDS

Should haveexperience and expert knowledge of ABAP Workbench, Object Oriented ABAP,

ALVreporting, Adobe forms, SMARTFORM/SAP Scripts, Webdynpro, Module pools, andData migration techniques like BDC, LSMW, ALE/IDOCs

Shouldhave experience in prototype, developing, and deploying custom Fiori &SAPUI5 applications using HANA Business Technology Platform, Web IDE, andBusiness Application Studio

Should haveexperience of working with:

o UI5-basedprototypes and carry out prototype testing using wireframing tools.

Knowledgeof SAP Build or Appgyver will be a plus o Integration techniques like Rest API,ABAP Proxy, RFC, IDOC & XML

Should have experiencein developing applications in Retail business processes and in various modulesincluding not limited to FICO/SD/MM/CAR

Must have a positive and impactful Consulting Attitude, ACan-do attitude is key for this role.
Time Management

For the successful delivery of a project, time is of theessence, Hence a task-level timebound approach would be a key skill theconsultant must possess.

Must have experience working in a multicultural and diverseenvironment and be able to develop Relationship Building with internal andexternal team members.

Communication:

Must have strongand positive verbal and written communication skills.

Must be able to discuss thespecific subject area requirements with business users and stakeholders in adetailed manner.

Must have a strong listeningcapability along with analytical thinking, Must be able to comprehend the business needs in simple language withindustry examples.

Should beproactive in communication, understanding customer requirements, aligningdeliverables to expectations, and ensuring a seamless experience from planningto execution
Working Hours and Travel

The majorityof Groupsoft customers are based out of North America and Europe, hence workinghours flexibility would be required.

The positionwill also entail global travel on time to time-to-time basis, hence thecandidate must be ready to travel onsite for a short duration.

Considering SAPproducts/solutions are always evolving, new versions and technologies learningsare key for consulting success,

The consultants need to be on topof the learning curve and keep on building new skills in the different modulesof SAP.

Key Job Responsibilities:

The Consultantfacilitates the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance theclient\u2019s business functionality and overall performance while maintaining ahigh degree of customer satisfaction.

Should be ableto articulate business requirements and propose SAP solutions.

Should have experience inunderstanding SAP Implementation project methodology, phases, and work as pertight timelines as per project schedules/ resources.

Should be able to analyze thecurrent business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/developsolutions to meet the clients needs.

Should be responsible primarilyfor the successful implementation of the SAP module, providing functionalexpertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clientsand other stakeholders.

Should have experience inmanaging complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new orimproved procedures.

Shoulddemonstrate the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear andconcise documentation and discussion .

Consultants must have the abilityto understand the specific area project risks and be able to engage the rightstakeholders on a timely basis.

Should be able to contribute topre-sales, customer demos, Retail roadmaps, Customer POCs

Should be able to lead in-houseinitiatives and focus groups to create knowledge assets and services

Should be able to improveefficiency of delivery through knowledge assets & services creation

Should be able to ramp up internalcolleagues
CustomerExpectation Management

Shouldhave experience in managing customer expectations throughout the projectlifecycle with a proactive approach and positive attitude. .
Eligibility

Universitydegree preferred

Minimum of 8+years of experience in SAP HANA modeling & ABAP

Should have at least fourend-to-end implementations, roll-out, production support, enhancement, andupgrade projects.

SAP certification is an added advantage
