SAP GRC Consultant(L3) - Immediate Joiner - WFO - Devenahalli, Bangalo

• Configure and manage SAP GRC modules:
• Access Control (ARA, BRM, ARM, EAM)
• Process Control (PC)
• Risk Management (optional but preferred)
• Design and maintain rule sets, workflows, and risk analysis frameworks.
• Support user provisioning, firefighter ID management, and SoD risk mitigation.

2. L3 Support & Incident Management

• Lead L3 support for GRC issues including root-cause analysis and permanent fixes.
• Work closely with Basis, Security, and Functional teams for cross-module integration issues.
• Handle escalations, complex troubleshooting, and performance tuning of GRC components.

3. Implementation & Enhancements

• Support GRC implementation or upgrade activities (10.1/12.0 versions).
• Perform configuration changes, system health checks, and continuous improvement activities.
• Drive role redesign, SoD remediation projects, and compliance audits.

4. Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to audit and compliance requirements (SOX, ITGC, internal audits).
• Maintain documentation, process notes, and risk mitigation controls.
• Establish governance processes for access management and GRC monitoring.

5. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

• Interact with business users, auditors, and leadership teams for requirement gathering and reporting.
• Provide clear communication, status updates, and documentation to stakeholders.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Required Skills

• Minimum

  8+ years

  of hands-on experience in

  SAP GRC Access Control

  and related components.
• Strong expertise in configuring ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM, MSMP workflows & rule set management.
• Good understanding of

  SAP Security concepts, SUIM, SU24, PFCG, Role Design

  .
• Experience in integration with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, and non-SAP systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for L3-level support.
• Ability to write functional specifications and work with ABAP teams for enhancements.
• Excellent verbal and written

  communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GRC Process Control or Risk Management.
• Exposure to S/4HANA security concepts.
• Experience working in global delivery or multi-system landscapes.
• Prior experience in migration or upgrade of GRC systems.
