Fieldglass & Ariba Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support

  SAP Fieldglass

  and

  SAP Ariba

  modules, including Contingent Workforce Management, Services Procurement, and Supplier Management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Design and manage integrations between

  Fieldglass, Ariba, SAP ECC/S4HANA, and SuccessFactors

  .
• Conduct system testing, UAT, and provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and deliver timely resolutions.
• Optimize procurement workflows and vendor management processes for operational efficiency.
• Prepare documentation, SOPs, and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional global teams to ensure seamless implementation and support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience

  in

  SAP Fieldglass

  and

  SAP Ariba

  configuration, implementation, and support.
• Strong understanding of

  procurement, sourcing, and vendor management processes

  .
• Proven expertise in

  integrating Ariba and Fieldglass with SAP ECC/S4HANA and SuccessFactors

  .
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Immediate Joiner preferred.
