Job Description

As an experienced professional with over 2 years of relevant experience in SAP Fieldglass, you will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, support, or rollout projects. Your mandatory skills will include expertise in areas such as Contingent Workforce, Services Procurement & Profile Worker, Custom Reporting, Integration knowledge for SAP & Non-SAP applications, Data requirement & Connector functionality. You will utilize your experience in SAP Fieldglass implementation, configurations, support, rollout, and testing for Contingent Workforce, Services Procurement, Profile Worker, Custom Reporting, and Integration. Your role will involve creating master data configuration and reporting setup, along with extensive working knowledge of integrating SAP Fieldglass with SAP Ariba, SAP ECC or S/4HANA & SuccessFactors. Integration experience with ASAPIO Cloud Integrator will be an added advantage. Working experience with Agile/Activate Project Methodology will be beneficial for this role. Your day as an Infoscion will involve being a part of the Infosys consulting team where your primary responsibility will be to address customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions, and facilitate deployment to ensure client satisfaction. You will play a key role in developing proposals, configuring products, conducting pilots, resolving queries, and delivering solution demonstrations. Your ability to lead small projects, contribute to organizational initiatives, and provide high-quality solutions will be crucial in supporting clients through their digital transformation journey. As part of your responsibilities, you will be expected to develop value-creating strategies, stay updated on industry trends, demonstrate logical thinking and problem-solving skills, collaborate effectively, and manage projects and teams. Your understanding of financial processes, pricing models, and technology solutions will be essential in delivering value to clients. Additionally, having client interfacing skills, industry domain knowledge, and awareness of software configuration management systems will further enhance your capabilities in this role.
