You should have hands-on experience in SAP Fieldglass implementation, configurations, support, rollout, and testing for Contingent Workforce Services, Procurement, SOW Based Services, Profile Worker, Custom Reporting, and integration. Moreover, familiarity with creating master data configurations, reporting setups, integration setups of SAP Fieldglass with SAP Ariba, SAP ECC, or S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and experience with ASAPIO Cloud Integrator will be advantageous. A working knowledge of Agile Activate Project Methodology is also expected. Apart from the technical aspects, you are required to develop value-creating strategies, stay updated on industry trends, possess logical thinking and problem-solving skills, collaborate effectively, understand financial processes and pricing models, suggest technology solutions, demonstrate client interfacing skills, and exhibit project and team management capabilities.
