SAP FICO Manager

As an SAP FICO Manager at EY, you will play a crucial role in leading and delivering quality SAP projects. Your expertise in SAP S/4HANA and strong understanding of tax requirements and best practices will be utilized to work on interesting projects with the newest technologies and approaches. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and deliver quality SAP projects within specified timelines. - Monitor project progress, manage risks, and keep key stakeholders informed about progress and expected outcomes. - Interact with various teams to identify opportunities and propose clear vision and value propositions to clients. - Participate in the implementation of SAP systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. - Develop and implement accelerators for SAP project delivery, focusing on baseline tax requirements and strategic use of SAP Core functionality globally. - Showcase the extendable and interoperable platform of S/4HANA through SAP applications and extensions. - Conduct client demonstrations to highlight the capabilities and benefits of S4HANA. - Prototype solutions for specific client issues, providing tailored recommendations and insights. - Develop go-to-market credentials to support business development and client engagement efforts. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and solutions. - Stay updated with the latest developments in SAP S/4HANA and tax regulations. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in SAP Finance & Controlling area. - Global Taxation Implementation Experience. - Strong knowledge of SAP areas such as DRC, CFIN, and Group reporting. - Deep understanding of SAP Solutions & architecture. - Experience in end-to-end project implementation. - Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. - SAP Activate knowledge. - Project Stream and Team Lead experience. - Strong business acumen.
