Job Description

As a SAP Controlling Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the design and configuration of SAP CO solutions in S/4HANA. Your expertise in Product Costing, Actual Costing, Margin Analysis, and Material Ledger will be crucial for ensuring accurate costing processes and seamless integration with other modules such as MM, PP, and FI. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders, guiding a team of consultants, and conducting workshops with client teams. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end design and configuration of SAP CO solutions in S/4HANA. - Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Product Costing, Actual Costing, and Margin Analysis. - Own the configuration and operation of the Material Ledger. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specs. - Manage and guide a team of consultants to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Conduct workshops, design reviews, and solution walkthroughs with client teams. - Ensure seamless integration of CO processes with MM, PP, and FI. Qualifications Required: - Deep functional knowledge of SAP CO submodules: Product Costing, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and COPA. - Proven expertise in Material Ledger configuration, including period-end closing, multi-currency setup, and actual costing runs. - Experience in Margin Analysis setup with profitability characteristics and reporting. - Strong knowledge of cost flows from procurement to production and sales. - Comfortable working with Fiori apps, CDS views, and S/4HANA embedded analytics. - Hands-on experience with cross-functional integration of MM, PP, FI, and SD modules. The company prefers candidates with experience in the automotive industry, a master's degree in finance, Chartered Accountant qualification, and proficiency in English communication. Travel may be required depending on client location, and experience with SAP Activate or Agile project methodologies is an advantage. S/4HANA CO or Finance certification is preferred, along with knowledge of additional languages. Good to have skills include automotive industry experience, SAP S/4HANA certification in Controlling or Finance, SAP Fiori experience relevant to CO processes, and exposure to SAP Activate or Agile project methodologies. The ideal candidate should have 8 to 15 years of hands-on SAP CO experience with at least 3-5 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations and a preference for experience in the automotive domain.,
