Job Description

Job Summary:

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO modules (FI: GL, AP, AR, AA; CO: Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA).
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and SAP system configurations.
Work on
S/4HANA Finance
functionalities including
Universal Journal (ACDOCA)
,
New Asset Accounting
, and
Fiori apps
.
Handle end-to-end implementation projects, rollouts, and production support in S/4HANA.
Collaborate with other functional and technical teams for cross-module integrations (e.g., MM, SD, PP).
Conduct workshops, user training, and testing (unit, SIT, UAT).
Prepare documentation for system processes, configurations, and user manuals.
Provide post-go-live support and enhancements.

Required Skills:

Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP FICO with at least
12 full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations
.
Strong understanding of
Finance and Controlling business processes
.
Hands-on experience with
S/4HANA innovations
in finance and controlling.
Familiar with
SAP Activate methodology
, Fiori launchpad, and real-time reporting.
Strong knowledge of
integration with MM, SD, PS, and HR modules
.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
