SAP FICO Consultant with RE-FX

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support
end-to-end implementation
and
rollout projects
in SAP FICO and REFX on S/4HANA.
Work closely with business users to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and provide process improvements.
Configure FI sub-modules:
GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting
, and
Controlling (Cost Center, Internal Orders, Profit Centers)
.
Implement and support
REFX (Flexible Real Estate Management)
processes including
lease-in, lease-out, contract management, and integration with FI
.
Ensure
integration with other SAP modules
(MM, SD, PM, and PS).
Perform
Unit Testing, Integration Testing
, and
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
.
Provide
post-implementation support
, resolve issues, and optimize system performance.
Create and maintain functional documentation, FS, and user manuals.
Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP, Basis) for custom developments and enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum
7 years of SAP FICO experience
, including at least
1 full-cycle S/4HANA implementation
.
Strong expertise in
SAP FICO configuration
and
REFX module
.
In-depth knowledge of
S/4HANA Finance innovations
(Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, etc.).
Good understanding of
business accounting principles, IFRS/GAAP
, and
lease accounting (IFRS16)
.
Experience with
integration points
between FICO and other SAP modules.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Certification in
SAP S/4HANA Finance or REFX
is an added advantage.
