SAP FICO Consultant

The primary responsibility as an Infosys consultant is to lead engagements in providing high-quality consulting solutions to customers throughout different stages of problem-solving, solution design, development, and deployment. You will review proposals, offer guidance, and analyze solutions to identify potential risks and issues. Identifying change management requirements and proposing structured approaches for clients, as well as coaching the team, providing subject matter training, and motivating team members are key aspects of the role. You will play a significant role in unit-level and organizational initiatives, focusing on delivering quality consulting solutions while adhering to organizational guidelines and processes. The technical requirements for this role include a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience in integration skills of FICO with MM SD. Demonstrated configuration skills in key areas such as AR, AP, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Product Costing, and COPA are essential. Candidates should have experience in independently writing Functional Specifications and working on Custom Objects from scratch to deployments. Additionally, experience in at least one end-to-end implementation is required, with exposure to areas like Concur T E and industry-specific solutions being advantageous. Customer-facing experience is also necessary. In addition to the core responsibilities, having good knowledge of software configuration management systems, strong business acumen, and awareness of the latest technologies and industry trends is beneficial. Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, collaboration abilities, industry domain knowledge, understanding of financial processes for various projects, pricing models, client interfacing skills, knowledge of SDLC, agile methodologies, project management, and team management are also crucial aspects of the role. Preferred skills for this position include expertise in SAP Controlling and SAP Finance within the SAP Functional domain.,
