Job Description

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide end-to-end support for issues across
SAP FI and CO modules
, including:

General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Asset Accounting (AA)
Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
Profit Center Accounting (PCA)

Analyze and resolve support tickets within defined
SLA timelines
.
Interact proactively with
onsite teams
,
clients
, and
end users
to understand business needs and deliver effective solutions.
Perform
configuration and troubleshooting
of key financial processes such as:

Automatic Payment Program (APP)
Dunning Procedures

Execute
testing activities
related to system
upgrades
,
patch updates
, and
enhancements
to ensure system stability and performance.
Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and configuration changes.
Collaborate in a cross-functional environment to continuously improve SAP FI/CO processes and end-user experience.

Essential Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience in
SAP FI/CO support and configuration
.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in
SAP S/4HANA
environment.
Proficient in configuring and supporting:

Automatic Payment Run (APP)
Dunning Processes

Solid understanding of
financial accounting and controlling processes
including GL, AR, AP, AA, CCA, and PCA.
Experience in
system testing and validation
during
SAP upgrades and patch cycles
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and end users
